Goals & the Sense → Seize → Transform loop

A goal is a first-class object: a metric, its current value (read from live data), a target, and a timeframe. For Hiilite as client-zero, the three goals are revenue, clients, and profitability.

Against each goal, the platform runs a continuous loop:

01 · Sense

Read the goal's metric from live data — QuickBooks revenue, Everhour cost, CRM pipeline. Compute the gap to target, the trend, and the anomalies worth acting on.

02 · Seize

Turn the gap into a prioritized, sequenced set of Plays, each with projected impact, effort, and a plain-English "why this, why now." You approve; the platform runs them.

03 · Transform

Measure what moved versus the goal, attribute it, and feed the result back — so the next cycle is sharper. This is where the loop compounds into an advantage no read-only dashboard can match.

Autonomy you control

The Advisor proposes and explains, but a human approves every play before anything client-facing happens. Low-risk, reversible plays can graduate to auto-run over time, on a dial you set per play.
