Plays
A Play is a codified marketing procedure the platform can recommend, sequence, and run. Plays are the "hands" of the system — the Advisor (the brain) decides which to run, when, and why.
What Plays cover
Pricing, churn-prevention, CRO, onboarding, referrals, SEO, ads, content, and more. Each Play is client-aware: it reads the client's brand, context, and data before it runs.
How a Play runs
- The Advisor recommends a Play to close a goal gap, with projected impact.
- A human approves it.
- The Play executes — producing a deliverable, a report section, or a task — via the platform's execution lanes.
- The outcome is measured against the goal and fed back into the loop.
Why this matters
A read-only dashboard tells you what happened. A generic skill library does tasks on command but has no goal and no memory. Plays sit in between done right: bound to the goal and to the client's real data, so the work is always the next right work.
